Commentary
The Mainfreight Group is pleased to report a net surplus after taxation and
abnormals of $36.37 million for the twelve months of the 2010 financial year; an
increase of 2.5% on the previous year’s result of $35.48 million.
Total revenue (sales) decreased by 10.5% to $1.13 billion, from $1.26 billion last
year (excluding foreign exchange, this represents a decrease of 10.3%).
